By accessing or using the FlyEV platform at flyev.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. FlyEV is operated by FlyEV, Inc. ("FlyEV," "we," "us," or "our").
FlyEV is a third-party booking platform that aggregates electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) air taxi flights from multiple Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operators. FlyEV is not itself an air carrier or operator. All flights are operated by independent, FAA-certified or equivalently regulated operators ("Operators") including but not limited to Joby Aviation, Archer Aviation, Blade Urban Air Mobility, Eve Air Mobility, EHang, and Beta Technologies.
When you book a flight through FlyEV, you are entering into a contract of carriage directly with the Operator. FlyEV acts solely as an agent to facilitate that booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or complete a booking. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices displayed are in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a QR-coded confirmation ticket delivered by email and displayed on-screen.
FlyEV reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the ticket price, at the Operator's discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.
To cancel a booking, log into your My Flights dashboard or contact support@flyev.app. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Passengers are required to arrive at the designated vertiport at least 15 minutes prior to departure. You must present a valid government-issued ID and your booking QR code at check-in. FlyEV and Operators reserve the right to refuse boarding to passengers who are intoxicated, disruptive, or otherwise pose a safety risk.
Weight limits and carry-on restrictions may apply depending on the aircraft type. Operators may impose additional requirements in compliance with FAA regulations or applicable local aviation authority rules.
FlyEV is a booking intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents occurring during flight operations, which are the sole responsibility of the Operator. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyEV's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
All content on the FlyEV platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to FlyEV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
